Caleb's Birthday!!

On the 20th of January Caleb turned 15!

We celebrated with our friends, the Ellenwood's, by visiting a medieval restaurant. Yes, it was a castle! It was so cool! I felt like I went back in time. Caleb really enjoyed it there - it was a very manly restaurant and perfect for him.

After we came home from the restaurant, we had dessert (chocolate cake) and opened a couple of presents.

All in all, I think he had a great day being celebrated! And if Caleb is reading this I'll say this to him again...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

These past couple of weeks have been full of tests and last minute grades. Because the first semester is almost over, the teachers have to do all the final tests so they can close up our grades. But finally, today, the grades closed, which means that I can relax now!!

Good job writing your next blog entry! I'm proud of you! You're a good writer and it's fun to read about life from your perspective.

Don't forget to update while I'm gone - take some pictures so I can see what's happening at home!

Love you lots!!

Hi Claire,

We love your new blog design with the beautiful beads and the cute cut out flowers…..looks very 70’s. Thanks Tyler for helping create a great new look for your sweet sister’s blog. Every time I look at your blog I will remember our special day together with you and your Mom at the spectacular Harlequin Beads store in downtown Eugene, OR. Of course, we will also remember our wonderful Christmas season together with your whole family for the first time in 13 years. Do you realize you were only 2 months old the last time we were together at Christmas? We sure hope it won’t be that long before we are all together for Christmas next time!

We also enjoy your creative writing abilities and commend you on it, since you take your studies in a different language. We are proud of you for becoming a happy, healthy, mature teenager. Thank you for including us in your distribution list.

Love, Grandma & Bapa
